One-time service fee plus monthly subscription-style service. Setup, deployment, and training costs 9,300 USD one time (client provides local hardware). Ongoing service costs 540 USD per month (upgrades, model retuning, support, quarterly recalibration and reviews). Client-supplied hardware is separate and quoted per performance need. Fee-based work is the standard starting point; equity is taken occasionally, where the engagement is structured that way.
