U1 · Pitch deck — 10-slide plan

  1. Title: ASKA Digital, Proteus, START track, contact email info@askaconsult.com and phone 289-928-9554. founder name on the title slide.
  2. Problem: the buyer pain Proteus removes. two lines in buyer words.
  3. Product: Proteus, an open workshop of six AI roles (Director, Researcher, Architect, Designer (UX), Builder (Coder), Reviewer (QA)) under human direction, open-core v1.6.0, Apache-2.0 kit. Include one pipeline diagram (frame, research, architect, design, build, verify, report).
  4. How it works: each role hands real work to the next, a separate reviewer checks it, the client sees what is ready and what is uncertain. Local or hosted models. Privacy helpers Redact, Gist, Title.
  5. Evidence: the open kit, the three live deployments named in Q5, the published service offer. Repeat the honesty limits from Q5 (no setup agent yet, no one-command installer yet).

  7. Market: TAM, SAM, and first Qatar customer profile. None documented.
  8. Competition and USP: competitor names from Q11. USP text: reuse Q12.
  9. Qatar plan: relocate founder or manager, hire locally, first hires and first pilots. timelines and numbers.

U2 · Founder profile — one page per founder

For Ahraz Arifuddin:

  1. Name, role (Founder and Owner, ASKA Business Solutions Inc.), base (Ontario, Canada), contact. Self-description, in the founder's own words: "I build with a small firm called ASKA, software and AI workflows on one side, materials and making on the other." Working motto: "Nothing is definite. Everything is interconnected."
  2. Shipped-work record (live, open, or delivered): Proteus, Workforce Proposal Platform, ACC Training, Vibetrade (delivered for a trading-firm client), Dabba, Typejoy + Typemon, Medcode, TaxJo, BlueProcurement, SCUA Defence, CORE. Open-source repos under the founder's public account include typemon, typejoy, core-dashboard, musarchy, nutrak, and EvoPet; the Protean kit sits under the aska-digital org. U3 · Financials — one spreadsheet or short document, two parts

Part A, history: revenue per month for the last 6 to 12 months, costs per month, cash on hand. If there is no revenue yet, write "Pre-revenue" and list costs only.

Part B, 24-month projection after funding: monthly rows for setup-fee income, monthly-service income, headcount cost, hosting and tooling cost, Qatar setup cost, closing cash. Base the price inputs on 9,300 USD setup and 540 USD monthly service. expected deals per quarter, hires, and start month.

Assumptions box: list every guess with its source. No guaranteed returns language anywhere in the file.
